About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to analyze healthcare data, identify trends, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain healthcare data.
• Use SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support patient outcome analysis and healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Follow applicable healthcare data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets or EHR/EMR systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.

• F-1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates may be considered, subject to employer requirements and work authorization eligibility.
