About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Data Analyst to analyze healthcare and clinical data, prepare reports, and identify trends that support healthcare research and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze clinical and healthcare datasets.
• Use SQL and Excel to organize and validate data.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify data trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support clinical research and healthcare performance reporting.
• Collaborate with healthcare and analytics teams to maintain data accuracy.
• Follow applicable healthcare data privacy and security requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of clinical data or electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
