Product Designer Position Overview We are seeking a Product Designer who blends strong product design instincts with user-focused UI/UX expertise and practical knowledge of AI-driven features. In this role you will shape product experiences from concept through delivery, collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams, and help define how AI enhances usability and value.

The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and an appetite for experimenting with AI tooling to create elegant, usable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for features and flows, from discovery and user research through wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals and user insights into clear design solutions and prioritized roadmaps.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces that support product objectives and scale across platforms.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into product experiencesidentify opportunities, define interaction models, and design guardrails to ensure reliable, predictable behavior.
• Create rapid prototypes and experiments to validate concepts and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery.
• Advocate for users through research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis; iterate designs based on results and performance metrics.
• Communicate design rationale and present work to stakeholders; incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience with demonstrable work across complete product lifecycles.
• Strong skills in Product Design, UI/UX, and practical experience designing AI-powered features or workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and prototype work.
• Experience creating prototypes and running usability tests to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, and research.
• Good understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design decisions and trade-offs.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Vibe Coding, Claude, Cursor, Figma, Visual Design and UI Design tools, AI tooling and AI tools, UX Design practices, and building interactive Prototypes.
