Job Title: Senior Account Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Diego, California, United States of America (On-Site) Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 base salary + Commission ($140,000 - $180,000 OTE) + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range) About the Opportunity Verizon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Business Sales in San Diego, CA.

In this role, you will manage major enterprise and mid-market accounts, crafting bespoke telecommunications, private 5G, and advanced cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Management: Develop strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value and revenue across key business clients.

Executive Engagement

Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT directors, positioning Verizon as a strategic technology partner.

Complex Deal Structuring

Architect complex wireless, fiber, and cloud solutions, negotiating high-value commercial service contracts.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with solutions architects, engineers, and support managers to ensure flawless implementation.

Market Strategy

Monitor competitive trends and market shifts within the San Diego business sector. Candidate Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. Experience : 5+ years of strategic B2B technology sales or enterprise account management experience.

Skills

Expert consultative sales skills, executive presence, commercial contract negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
