Software Engineer III – Agentic AI / Full Stack

Seattle, WA – Hybrid

We are looking for a

Software Engineer III

to join an AI-focused engineering team building

agentic workflows, AI-native developer tooling, validation infrastructure, dashboards, and internal content systems

.

What You'll Do

• Design and build

agentic workflows

that automate manual processes.

• Develop AI-powered tools and rapid prototypes using

LLM/AI technologies

.

• Build and enhance

full-stack dashboards and developer-facing surfaces

.

• Develop

validation harnesses, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop workflows

for production AI agents.

• Build shared knowledge/retrieval-layer capabilities and integrate new data sources.
• Explore and integrate emerging

AI development tools and internal/external platforms

.

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver prototypes.
• Document APIs, architecture, and technical decisions for long-term handoff.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software engineering experience

.

• Strong

full-stack development

experience.

• Strong

JavaScript/React + Python

skills.

• Hands-on experience building or consuming

AI/ML/LLM applications

.

• Experience with

agentic AI workflows, AI-powered tooling, or LLM-based applications

.

• Strong

system design and architecture

skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional/business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

Claude or other LLM platforms

.

• PHP/Hack

experience.

• Previous

VR/AR/XR or Horizon

experience.

• Experience building

developer tools, evaluation frameworks, dashboards, or knowledge/retrieval systems
