Bookkeeper & Financial Analyst

Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with solid accounting and auditing capabilities to oversee our daily financial operations and enforce internal controls. In this role, you will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, perform month-end reconciliations, track multi-entity costs, and deliver actionable financial reporting to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage general ledgers, AP/AR, vendor payments, and weekly disbursement schedules.
• Cost & Multi-Entity Tracking:Execute multi-entity coding, product-level margin tracking, overhead allocation, and Shopify e-commerce sales reconciliations.
• Internal Auditing & Controls:Conduct routine internal audits to verify transaction accuracy, audit vendor invoicing, contracts, prevent fraud, and maintain audit-ready digital records.
• Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly P&L statements, track inventory valuations, and perform budget-to-actual variance analyses to safeguard cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting, or internal auditing experience.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced QuickBooks, Shopify merchant back-end integration, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excel: Advanced spreadsheet capability (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, variance modeling, and complex formulas).
• Skills & Traits: Exceptional accuracy with sensitive data, strong problem-solving skills, and clear verbal/written communication.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
