We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

This is a hands-on position for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and has an eye for beautiful products and visual presentation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking photos and creating videos using a smartphone, has working knowledge of Shopify, and enjoys collaborating with a team to bring marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Work from a social media calendar developed by the owner and marketing team.
• Photograph new arrivals, seasonal collections, store displays, and featured merchandise using a smartphone.
• Film and edit engaging Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Write creative captions and promotional content.
• Organize and schedule content to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Contribute fresh ideas and suggestions during team marketing discussions.

Email Marketing

• Create, design, and send daily marketing emails featuring new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.
• Select appropriate products and images to create visually appealing emails.
• Write engaging subject lines and promotional copy.
• Coordinate email campaigns with the established marketing calendar.
• Review email engagement and campaign performance.

Shopify & E-Commerce

• Use Shopify to access product information, collections, pricing, and inventory.
• Identify and select products for social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate social media and email marketing with current website promotions.
• Help maintain consistent branding across social media, email campaigns, and the online store.

Marketing Campaigns & Team Collaboration

• Participate in team discussions to develop seasonal promotions, holiday campaigns, product launches, and special events.
• Work closely with the owner and team to execute planned marketing campaigns.
• Offer creative suggestions for social media content, photography, videos, and email promotions.
• Ensure marketing materials are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Comfortable taking attractive photos and creating videos using a smartphone.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Experience creating and sending marketing emails.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Creative eye for styling, photography, and visual presentation.
• Ability to multitask, follow an established marketing calendar, and meet daily deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience in home décor, furniture, lifestyle retail, or e-commerce marketing is a plus.
