NOW HIRING: Senior Accountant – Family Office / Investment Accounting Location: Downtown Houston, TX Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Compensation: $90K–$100K + 10% Bonus Connect Search is partnering with a well-established, privately held investment organization in Downtown Houston seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Family Office Accounting team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting skills and experience in a family office, private investment office, or multi-entity accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Support investment accounting, including capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions.
• Assist with treasury, cash management, and banking activities.
• Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong GL, journal entry, and reconciliation experience.
• Family office or investment office background highly preferred.
• Multi-entity and investment accounting experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.
