Technical Support Engineer

Duties and Description

• Provide high-level technical support for problem determination and solution on a microprocessor-based elevator control system.
• Interface directly with customers to provide on the job site or over the phone
• Provide root cause analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, team player, and able to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment.
• Some local traveling required.

Qualifications and Special Skills Degrees Wanted

• Associates Majors: Computer Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology Job Targets Wanted: Engineering and Laboratory Technologies Other Job Requirements: Use of basic electronic tools such as multi-meters,oscilloscopes, etc.
• Must be computer literate, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. required.
