What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services based on your licensure and scope of practice
• Evaluate or treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Iowa PT or PTA license or eligibility
• New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
