What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence with daily living skills and functional mobility
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Provide individualized interventions to support functional independence and quality of life
• Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
• New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
