About this role
Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Madison, WI: $68,000-$72,000 a year based on experience, plus up to $10,000 in additional compensation for increased productivity and a $1,500 signing bonus paid on your first paycheck. Full-time preferred, part-time available. Monday-Friday only, no weekends or nights.
You help choose your caseload size. Full-time benefits include paid continuing education, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) with employer match.
Children’s Therapy Network is hiring 1-2 occupational therapists to join our multidisciplinary pediatric clinic on Madison’s west side. You’ll work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, mental health therapists, and dance/movement therapists, treating children from young to 18 in the context of their families.
What you’ll do:
- Treat children with autism, trauma, attachment concerns, sensory processing differences, post-adoption needs, and twice-exceptional learners
- Use a “bottom up” approach that connects body and mind to build regulation and functional skills
- Support children with feeding concerns, executive functioning needs, ADHD, and autism using a neuro-affirming approach.
- Evaluate functional status and plan individualized treatment
- Involve families in treatment, teaching caregivers so progress carries into daily life
- Coordinate care with our team and refer to other disciplines when needed
- Complete accurate, timely documentation

What we’re looking for:
- Wisconsin occupational therapy license (required, or eligible and licensed before start date)
- Experience with children and families preferred, especially in trauma, attachment, or sensory processing
- Experienced clinicians are encouraged. New grads and early-career OTs are welcome to apply.
