Work Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Post-Acute Rehabilitation

PAY BREAKDOWN

• Weekly Gross: $ 2000 To $ 2323/Week
• Blended Hourly Rate: $58 /Hour
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1300

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License Required
• Minimum 1 Year of Occupational Therapy Experience Required
• Ability to Evaluate Patients and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
• Experience Providing Therapeutic Interventions to Improve Functional Mobility, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and Patient Safety
• Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Collaborate With Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Interdisciplinary Care Teams
• Ability to Maintain Accurate Clinical Documentation and Meet State and Federal Requirements

• No Holiday Coverage Required
• No On-Call Requirement
• PointClickCare EMR Used
• Must Be Comfortable Working With Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Patients
