Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend)

Compensation Range: $40-44/hr

Step into an iconic global athletic and streetwear powerhouse to shape high-heat, limited-edition apparel collections. You will bridge high-concept design with technical mastery, translating cutting-edge creative vision into flawless, production-ready product graphics. This is an opportunity to see your work on the world stage within a dynamic, agile pod of top-tier creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 100% accurate graphic schematics and production-ready artwork to communicate technical trim, color, and placement specifications.
• Partner with multidisciplinary design teams to protect creative integrity from initial concept through commercialization.
• Translate 2D design concepts into 3D garment executions utilizing digital spec tools and physical product samples.
• Optimize team production workflows and digital assets to accelerate seasonal delivery timelines across core apparel lines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a proven focus on apparel, streetwear, or graphic tees.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital technical schematic tools; 3D (CLO 3D) or AI tooling is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating production-ready technical graphic packs and high-impact physical apparel designs.

Excellent collaborative communication and adaptability in dynamic environments; degree in Graphic Design preferred but not required.
