Are you ready to serve as the strategic bridge between clinical innovation and world-class digital creative execution? As a consultative partner within a premier global biopharmaceutical in-house agency, you will guide scientific stakeholders through modern omnichannel ecosystems, turning complex therapeutic objectives into high-impact digital initiatives.

This 12-month partnership offers an exceptional opportunity to steer digital transformation, safeguard multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead critical market launch campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate consultative client relationships with Medical Affairs leaders to translate therapeutic objectives into end-to-end omnichannel solutions.
• Lead strategic scoping, financial governance, and vendor burn rates to ensure cost-efficient digital asset delivery and stewardship.
• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams across complex digital ecosystems (web, email, apps) to achieve cohesive multichannel market impact.
• Mobilize cross-functional production teams under tight regulatory deadlines to deploy pre-approved market-entry assets rapidly for FDA approvals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategic account management experience within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering digital tactical solutions, including websites, email campaigns, and interactive assets across enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of consultative client leadership, scope development, and fiscal management across concurrent, high-visibility initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, paired with exceptional stakeholder alignment skills.
