Are you looking to launch your marketing career with hands-on exposure to high-visibility brand initiatives? As a member of the team, you will act as a collaborative partner across sales, product, and agency teams to bring high-impact marketing collateral to life. This entry-level opportunity to learn and in a cross-functional environment and build a strong strategic foundation in modern marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate partner engagement materials and digital presentations to maintain cohesive brand messaging across executive touchpoints.
• Facilitate review workflows with Corporate Communications to ensure all public-facing assets strictly adhere to brand standards.
• Organize event logistics and team scheduling for major industry conferences to support strong on-site brand presence.
• Track cross-functional deliverables between Sales and Product teams to drive timely execution of strategic partner initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of foundational experience or relevant internships in marketing, communications, or production support.
• Working familiarity with marketing collateral workflows and third-party creative agency coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, vendor touchpoints, and detailed meeting agendas.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, accompanied by strong collaborative skills.
