Front-End Retail Operations Manager

PD Labs is seeking a hands-on Front-End Operations Manager with strong wellness retail experience and working knowledge of Shopify.

This role oversees the day-to-day front-end operation, including staff, customer service, supplement orders, Shopify activity, product information, and daily workflow. We are looking for someone who can lead the team, solve problems quickly, and keep operations organized and moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-end operations
• Supervise, train, and support front-end staff
• Oversee customer service and escalate customer issues
• Manage supplement orders and related order issues
• Work within Shopify to manage orders and basic store functions
• Help coordinate supplement fulfillment and product availability
• Maintain accurate product and pricing information
• Assist with inventory coordination
• Keep front-end workflow organized and efficient
• Ensure staff follow established procedures
• Identify operational issues and help implement solutions
• Work closely with pharmacy, operations, and management
• Step in and work alongside the team when needed

Required Qualifications

• Wellness retail experience is required
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Shopify experience
• Knowledge of supplements, wellness products, or related retail products
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning and working in multiple systems
• Dependable and able to take ownership of issues through resolution

The right candidate understands wellness retail, is comfortable managing both people and workflow, and can keep a busy front-end operation running smoothly.

This is a hands-on management position. We are looking for someone who can lead the team while also stepping in when needed.
