MBSE System Engineer Architect

Overview

Join an established digital-engineering community of practice as an MBSE System Engineer Architect. This role is suited to a strong systems engineer with sound architecture judgment who is ready to deepen expertise in model-based systems engineering. Deep MBSE tool experience is welcome, but not required on day one; the organization invests in developing SysML, Cameo/MagicDraw, and DoDAF/UAF proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems-engineering judgment to architecture work.
• Support model-based systems engineering across engineering efforts.
• Develop proficiency in SysML and architecture frameworks.
• Build familiarity with Cameo/MagicDraw tools.
• Participate in the digital-engineering community of practice.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in systems engineering.
• Sound judgment in systems architecture.
• Active or obtainable DoD Secret clearance.
• Interest in developing MBSE and digital-engineering skills.
• Willingness to build SysML proficiency.
• Openness to learning Cameo/MagicDraw and DoDAF/UAF.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $146,000.00 per year
