Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week guaranteed)

Pay Rate: $60/hr (All Inclusive)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, consistent, and patient-centered nursing care within a secure correctional healthcare environment in Clifton, TN. This position is ideal for RNs who thrive in structured, fast-paced settings and want to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include sick call with the provider, pill call and medication administration, assessments of new and ill or injured residents, triage, emergency response, documentation, and guiding LPN and non-licensed medical staff, in collaboration with custody and medical teams.

Requirements

• Active RN license valid in Tennessee (Tennessee or multistate compact license)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (degree or diploma in nursing)
• Valid driver's license
• Fingerprinting is done on the first day
• Open availability for scheduling per the facility scheduling policy
• Preferred: 1 year of professional RN experience

Skills and Competencies

• Strong assessment, triage, and emergency-response skills
• Safe medication administration, pill call, and accurate documentation
• Ability to guide and supervise LPNs and non-licensed medical staff
• Calm, professional approach in a secure correctional setting
• Knowledge of correctional safety standards, controlled-substance rules, and infection control

• Setting: Correctional Facility – Inmate/Resident Healthcare Unit
• Support Staff: RNs, LPNs, Providers, Medical Staff

• 13-week assignment with potential for extension
