BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes throughout the Fort Worth area.

Service Areas:

• Central Fort Worth
• Granbury, TX

Position Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and prescribed medications in patients’ homes.
• Monitor patients during and after infusions for reactions or complications.
• Assess patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Follow physician orders, nursing protocols, and infection control standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and infusion-related care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and concerns.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas RN license.
• Previous home health and infusion nursing experience required.
• Strong IV therapy skills and knowledge of infusion procedures.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service areas.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to providing safe, patient-centered care.
