Hands On Senior Engineering With Leadership Growth

We are an established Los Angeles based Cloud Managed Service Provider hiring a Senior System Engineer to help lead and scale the SMB side of our MSP practice.

This is a hands on senior engineering role for someone who still enjoys technical project work but wants more ownership and influence. You will split your time across solution design, migrations, infrastructure projects, and helping lead a small team of four engineers.

The role has a clear path toward future Director level leadership as the MSP practice continues to grow.

What You Will

Own

• Lead MSP projects from scoping and solution design through deployment and client handoff
• Design practical solutions across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and modern cloud environments
• Perform migrations, infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and modernization projects
• Guide a four person engineering team through project execution, priorities, and technical challenges
• Review technical approaches and help ensure projects are delivered consistently
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, structure, and scalability across the MSP practice
• Remain hands on while taking greater ownership over team and project performance

What We Are Looking For

• MSP experience supporting multiple client environments is required
• Strong senior systems engineering and project delivery experience
• Hands on Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, migrations, and cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for SMB client environments
• Previous team lead, mentoring, or technical leadership experience
• Strong project ownership from scoping through implementation and handoff
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and company leadership
