Java Backend Developer (Java + SQL)

Blutic is seeking Java Backend Developers with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our high-performing team. This role requires strong expertise in Java , Spring Framework , SQL , Test-Driven Development (TDD) , and multi-threading . Experience in the investment banking domain is highly preferred.

You will work on complex, high-performance financial systems that drive critical operations.

This is a W2 (Hybrid) opportunity.

Must-Have Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Java development.
• Spring Framework

(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

• SQL

and database performance tuning.

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)

and writing unit/integration tests.

• Experience with

multi-threading

, concurrent programming, and low-latency systems.Object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and architectural principles.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A completed Bachelor's degree.

Preferred

:

• Prior experience in the

investment banking domain

or financial services.

• Familiarity with FIX protocol, trading platforms, or risk management systems.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
