Senior Legal Counsel

will provide legal advice to an Enhanced Protection Services division and the executive team, supporting commercial operations and government contract matters.

• Lead legal work for commercial and government contract issues.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, including privacy requirements.
• Manage legal risk across agreements, disputes, and operational initiatives.
• Oversee disputes and legal proceedings.
• Supervise and guide counsel.
• Provide legal support for transactions, deals, and strategic initiatives.

Key qualifications/skills:

strong commercial and government contracting knowledge, expertise in regulatory compliance and privacy, dispute and risk management experience, and leadership capability in supervising legal staff.
