Lead a high-volume distribution warehouse operation in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Oversee overnight teams responsible for accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of wholesale orders while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Manage staffing, training, and performance to drive productivity using clear goals and metrics Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with day operations Use warehouse systems and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency Quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to maintain exceptional customer service Build an accountable warehouse culture through effective leadership and communication Qualifications & Skills Proven warehouse leadership experience in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and quality/safety requirements Ability to manage teams, coach performance, and analyze productivity metrics Experience with warehouse management systems and process improvement Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
