Job Description

BlueConic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and development for Vault QMS solutions. The position involves understanding customer needs, guiding product priorities, and working with technical teams to deliver valuable product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
• Define requirements based on customer and market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Evaluate product performance and identify opportunities
• Support feature planning, testing, and product launches
• Communicate product direction to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management or similar experience preferred
• Strong understanding of software product development
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
