Wellness Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Body Contouring and Wellness practice in Appleton, WI.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapies (HRT) with a strong understanding of personalized wellness treatment plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated provider who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, delivering exceptional care, and helping grow a thriving wellness program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and assessments; develop individualized medical weight loss and wellness plans, including GLP-1 prescribing and management when clinically appropriate.
• Evaluate and manage legally authorized, clinically appropriate peptide therapies; support hormone optimization services based on qualifications and experience.
• Monitor progress and treatment effectiveness, provide lifestyle and nutrition education, and build lasting patient relationships through consistent follow-up and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow clinical protocols, and collaborate with the team to support patient retention and practice growth.
• Occasional on-site work at Brookfield clinic and 1-2 days per month at Appleton, WI clinic. Rest is remote.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner/APRN license with appropriate prescriptive authority; comfortable practicing independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements.
• Prior experience in medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies, and peptide therapy required; HRT or hormone optimization experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, patient education, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for preventive medicine, longevity, and personalized wellness.
