Wellness Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Body Contouring and Wellness practice in Appleton, WI.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies, and peptide therapy, with a strong understanding of personalized wellness treatment plans. Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and hormone optimization is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and patient assessments.
• Develop individualized medical weight loss and wellness treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate.
• Evaluate patients for peptide therapies and manage legally authorized, clinically appropriate treatment protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, treatment effectiveness, and ongoing care.
• Provide education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness.
• Support hormone optimization services based on qualifications and experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Build strong patient relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the team to support patient retention and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner/APRN license and appropriate prescriptive authority.
• Prior experience with medical weight loss and GLP-1 therapies required.
• Experience with peptide therapy required.
• Experience with HRT or hormone optimization strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements.
• Passion for preventive medicine, longevity, and personalized wellness.
