Berg Therapy is a locally owned pediatric outpatient clinic in Blaine, Minnesota providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Feeding Therapy services to children ages 0–18.

Position Details

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • In-Person
  • Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
  • Blaine, Minnesota
  • Monday–Thursday clinic schedule (7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
  • Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with three-day weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a 1:1 outpatient setting
  • Support children with sensory processing, regulation, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, executive functioning, and developmental skills
  • Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in a collaborative and supportive clinic culture
  • Help create positive, engaging experiences for kids, families and team members

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout the clinic environment and engage in floor play and child-led activities
  • Ability to lift, transfer, or assist pediatric patients as needed
  • Ability to utilize standard clinic and computer equipment for documentation and communication
