Senior Full Stack Engineer -AI Native Seed Startup

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an AI native startup in Austin. The company builds AI agents that get food and drink brands onto the shelves of independent grocers, cafes and coffee shops.

What you’ll do

• Own the whole platform end to end: prospecting, outreach, order tracking and reorders
• Sit next to the sales team and ship their feedback the same week
• Build fast with Cursor and Devin across frontend, backend and data
• Turn messy real world retail data into clean data models
• Build ERP and API integrations
• Report to the CTO, with a genuine path into the CTO seat

What you’ll need

• 3+ years as a full stack engineer
• JavaScript (modern frameworks), Python, Linux
• Relational databases, ORMs, ETL and data modelling
• Experience owning a product end to end, ideally at a startup
• Experience building with LLMs or AI agents is a big plus
• A CS or other technical degree

The package

• $200K to $225K base
• 2 to 5% equity (4 year vesting, 1 year cliff)
• Medical, dental, vision, PTO, wellness, commute, lunch and dinner
• Relocation support

• 5 days onsite in Austin, TX
• US citizens and Green Card holders only. No visa sponsorship or transfers
• Process: two 30 minute calls, then a paid 1 to 2 day onsite
