We are offering a rare ground-floor opportunity that includes a base salary coupled with a direct path to ownership/equity.

You will be stepping into a massive, 4,000 sqft facility featuring a sprawling rehab area—giving you the space and resources to deliver top-tier care and build a lucrative practice that you actually have a stake in.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
