Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports physical therapy patients
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Progress patients through strength, mobility, and functional training
• Guide patients through return-to-sport programs
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the Athletic Edge clinical team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
• Interest in orthopedic and sports physical therapy
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Dry needling certification
• Strength and conditioning background
• Return-to-sport rehabilitation experience
