Job Summary

Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a professional and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in helping our residents achieve their maximum functional abilities and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement comprehensive therapy programs, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to residents, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress and success
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
• Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
