We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of our residents. Your expertise will focus on helping them to safely and confidently perform daily activities, maintain their independence, and overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address concerns, and provide ongoing education and support to residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify therapy needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, including functional activities, ROM exercises, and cognitive training
• Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions, exercises, and activities
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care conferences and emitry planning to ensure seamless transitions
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy
