Full Time: $55-60/hr with a $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical impairments and/or wound care needs; develop care plans that meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation treatments consistent with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Stand and walk regularly throughout the facility; occasionally lift, transfer, and reposition patients and equipment as care needs require.
• Implement rehabilitation treatments, including manual therapy, gait training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care.
• Educate and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other providers on physical impairments and care needs.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries that meet clinical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
