Full Time: $60-63/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate both short term and long-term care residents and develop personalized plans of care to address clinical needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and IDT staff on program development, staff and caregiver training, and optimizing resident outcomes.
• Complete discharge summaries that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
• Practice at the top of your license with focus on ADL training, contracture management, dementia care, functional mobility training, neuromuscular reeducation, wheelchair seating and positioning, behavior management and fall prevention amongst other things.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
