About The Company
Our client is an investment adviser that focuses on acquiring and managing illiquid investment interests in the secondary market. The firm provides liquidity solutions to investors holding difficult-to-redeem or late-life fund positions.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cash reconciliation of accounts for all funds Prepare cash forecasting reports and maintain internal fund trackers for trade activity Set up payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable Review annual financials and quarterly NAV packages Prepare and distribute capital call/distribution notices and quarterly investor statements Track performance of underlying funds from monthly statements received Assist with tax filings and distribution of K-1’s to investors Act as a point person with external parties Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 2-3 years of related finance operations experience Experience within public accounting, fund administration, and or small to mid-sized funds Strong Excel skills Salary Range $85,000-$95,000
