Responsibilities
Review regional leasing and development submissions Prepare consolidated leasing statistics and KPIs for senior management and public disclosures Perform analyses of investments and its financial projections Identify unusual or unexpected variances Prepare operating environment and capital events for senior management and the board of directors to review Monitor near-term liquidity events for certain investments Work closely with regional FP&A teams to understand upcoming liquidity needs Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of related experience within public accounting Experience understanding complex transactions Experience in OneStream a plus CPA preferred Salary Range $90,000-$100,000
