Senior Frontend Engineer (Product)

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and strategy of the front-end team.
• Participate in product design and development of new features.
• Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
• Review and provide feedback on code and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a front-end developer and team leader.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, etc.
• Willingness to try and adopt new frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.
• Experience in managing project timelines and collaborating with other departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing technologies.
• A passion for coding and delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
