Your Impact And Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, video edits, animations, and visual treatments for customer-facing, marketing, and social media content that captivates and educates.
  • Translate original files and product narratives into compelling video and motion design assets, developing polished visual executions that support storytelling, product education, and customer engagement.
  • Edit and refine video content to improve pacing, clarity, visual quality, and overall impact, ensuring final deliverables are accurate, brand-aligned, accessible, and ready for publication across various platforms.
  • Utilize and update product assets, UI designs, and prototypes to create accurate, current content for video captures and motion sequences, reflecting the latest product innovations.
  • Apply strong visual design judgment across composition, timing, typography, hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and evolving design direction.
  • Manage production responsibilities including file naming conventions, asset organization, version control, and delivery tracking, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and status updates for all projects.
  • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes that may affect delivery quality or timing, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Partner closely with design, product, and business stakeholders to deeply understand goals and translate feedback into effective and impactful creative execution.
  • Contribute innovative creative recommendations that improve storytelling, enhance customer understanding, and optimize asset performance across digital channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Studio Art/Fine Art, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro, showcasing mastery in these industry-standard tools.
  • Demonstrated experience using additional creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to enhance design workflows.
  • Experience and background working with widely-used productivity and creative software, including Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Clipchamp.
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including the ability to navigate design files, update product content, prepare assets, and coordinate with product designers to ensure video captures accurately reflect the intended experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion graphics, video editing, visual storytelling capabilities, and polished production execution.
  • Proven experience creating video and motion assets for marketing, customer-facing, social, digital, or product-related content.
  • Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, pacing, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency across diverse media.
  • Ability to manage comprehensive file organization, naming conventions, version tracking, timelines, milestones, and production deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, fostering productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience creating motion or video content for technology, productivity, SaaS, or enterprise customer scenarios, understanding specific industry nuances.
  • Familiarity with accessibility considerations for video, including captions, readable text, contrast, and clear visual communication, ensuring content is inclusive.
  • Experience working in structured production environments with formal review cycles, stakeholder feedback, and robust delivery tracking processes.
