Description Physical Therapist – PT/FT

Village Med & Rehabilitation

Location: Rego Park, Queens, NY

Village Med & Rehabilitation, a New York State Article 28 outpatient healthcare facility, is seeking a motivated, professional New York State–licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This is an opportunity to become an integral part of an expanding medical and rehabilitation facility with an established patient base.

Position

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and injury-related conditions while collaborating with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Develop individualized plans of care

Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatments

Conduct periodic reevaluations and document patient progress

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Communicate with physicians and other clinical team members

Provide patient education and home exercise programs

Comply with New York State and Article 28 clinical standards

Qualifications Current New York State Physical Therapist license

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Strong clinical and communication skills

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

Outpatient Orthopedic Experience Preferred But Not Required Why Join Village Med?

$50-$55/hour

Full-time, stable position

32-40 hours per week for full time position

Established and growing patient population

Modern outpatient rehabilitation environment
