We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Falls Church, VA. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent DPT graduate, we offer the resources, mentorship, and supportive environment to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• $15,000 Structured Sign-On Bonus, in addition to salary.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in Virginia.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Recent and upcoming DPT graduates are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule – Falls Church, VA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No weekends!
