Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Angular, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications, migrating JSP-based applications to Angular, upgrading Java/JDK versions, and developing scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Modernize legacy applications, including migrating JSP-based interfaces to Angular.
• Perform Java/JDK version upgrades and address compatibility issues during migration.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational database integrations.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services, including EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Amazon CloudWatch and Datadog.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage builds using Maven or Gradle.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, and Karma.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Follow best practices for application security, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Front-end development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with JSP-to-Angular migration.
• Experience with Java/JDK upgrades and application migration.
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Monitoring and observability experience using CloudWatch and Datadog.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, and Karma.
• Knowledge of Agile development and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on legacy application modernization programs.
• Knowledge of Helm, API Gateway, AWS IAM, and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.
