Job Description

Appworks Technologies Inc is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to support product planning, feature development, and delivery for the Vault CRM Suite. This role involves coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to improve product functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product roadmaps, priorities, and release planning
• Gather user feedback and document product requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Track feature development and project milestones
• Review product performance and identify improvements
• Support testing, launches, and product documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interest in CRM platforms and product management
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
• Experience with enterprise software is a plus
