Physical Therapist – Mentorship, Growth & Long-Term Career Development (One on One 50 Minute Slots)

All patient sessions are 50 minutes, one-on-one, without double bookings or PT techs, so you have the time and space to focus on learning and providing exceptional care. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to develop specialties and grow your career beyond the clinic, with mentorship and support every step of the way. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients under structured mentorship
• Conduct one-on-one 50-minute patient sessions—no double bookings, no PT techs
• Participate in a progressive onboarding plan to develop autonomy and confidence
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• New grads highly encouraged to apply; recent grads or therapists with strong drive preferred
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to growth and continuous improvement
