Responsibilities

The Software Engineer Intern will contribute to active roadmap initiatives and enterprise projects, including enhancements supporting the Next Gen initiative Working alongside experienced technology professionals, the intern will participate in the full development lifecycle, gaining exposure to how requirements are gathered, prioritized, developed, and delivered Based on business priorities and individual interests, the intern will support the design, development, research, and implementation of technology solutions that address business and stakeholder needs Contribute to enhancements supporting Amway's Next Gen initiative and broader technology roadmap Assist with the development of user interface (UI) solutions that improve the experience for business users and stakeholders Explore and support AI-related development opportunities while researching and implementing technology solutions for business needs

Qualifications: Desired Majors: Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), or Management / Computer Information Systems (MIS / CIS) Foundational software engineering and programming interest/knowledge Interest in AI development and emerging technologies Interest in user interface (UI) development General technology aptitude and technical curiosity Coursework or foundational knowledge in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science Curiosity and a strong desire to learn new technologies and business processes Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced Agile environment Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders Do not apply for this role if you will need Amway immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT, TN, etc.) now or in the future
