Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Urbana, IL.
• The Graphic Designer will create and adapt customer concepts for a variety of visibility solutions.
• Daily tasks include developing layouts, preparing production-ready artwork, collaborating with the production and onsite teams, and ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and client specifications.
• The role involves working closely with customers and internal staff to refine concepts, select materials, and adjust designs based on practical installation and manufacturing requirements.
• The Graphic Designer will also assist with updating existing designs and supporting overall visual branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for print, large-format, and digital signage.
• Competence with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear visual concepts and production-ready files.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and understanding of layout for large-scale applications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, sales, and production teams.
• Prior experience in signage, print production, or environmental graphic design is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional design education or training is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
