Americas Home Place, Inc. is a national scattered-lot custom home builder seeking a Sales Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the design center and explain the AHP building process.
• Answer phone calls, manage lead databases, and maintain sales contract files.
• Contact warm leads to schedule sales/design appointments.
• Nurture leads to convert prospects into sales.
• Close prospects on new home construction opportunities.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from point of sale through financing, selections, and construction start.
• Maintain and update the design center with current product and color selections.
• Coordinate with lenders to expedite loan processing and obtain necessary documentation for closings.
• Organize and host monthly marketing events or open houses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Home sales or mortgage experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Oracle, Google Suite, and web-based platforms.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Cookeville, TN (In-person)
• Relocation: Must relocate to Cookeville, TN before starting work
