About this role
Hopefully you're the fun, driven physical therapy enthusiast we've been looking for!
Before we go any further, here's what's waiting for you at Alliance Regen & Rehab:
- $75,000 to $100,000+ per year for full-time, honoring your expertise and experience. Part-time pay is competitive and discussed during the interview.
- 60-minute, 1-on-1 patient sessions. No double-booking, ever.
- 6 to 8 patients per day. Enough volume to stay sharp, enough space to actually care, and you'll go home energized instead of drained.
- No insurance headaches. We're 100% out-of-network, so documentation is simple and your time goes to patients, not authorizations.
- Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship and case review for every clinician, whether you're a new grad or a veteran. This isn't a "figure it out yourself" environment. We invest in making you a better clinician from the jump, and the mentorship doesn't stop after onboarding. Your Clinic Director continues structured development with you long-term and ongoing team meetings drive learning.
- Monthly group continuing education meetings where the whole team digs into the most cutting-edge research, practices manual therapy techniques together, and workshops exercise progressions. You'll stay sharp and keep growing without doing it alone.
- Work alongside sports medicine physicians. Easy access to in-house diagnostic ultrasound, physician collaboration, and regenerative medicine, plus cutting-edge technology like TECAR and Shockwave Therapy.
- Full license reimbursement and a robust continuing education budget so you can keep growing without paying out of pocket.
- Flexible schedule in an innovative outpatient setting where athleisure is the dress code.
- Health insurance or stipend, PTO, and 401(k) for full-time team members.
- Quarterly team outings because we genuinely enjoy each other's company outside of work. This is a real team that has fun together, not just coworkers who happen to share a clinic.
- Room to grow, including specializing in a body region or sport, leading company projects, and the chance to become a director at your own location.
Now, if that caught your attention, keep reading.
About Us
Alliance Regen & Rehab opened in August 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brothers Brian Broussard, DPT, and John Broussard, DO, started it after seeing how effective combining regenerative medicine and physical therapy can be for musculoskeletal injuries, helping patients steer clear of unnecessary surgeries and medications.
We're a non-surgical, out-of-network sports medicine practice offering physical therapy, sports performance and personal training, regenerative medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. 100% of our patients are active people in pain who are motivated to get back to moving pain-free: runners, golfers, pickleball and tennis players, CrossFit athletes, youth athletes, and active moms and dads.
We're growing. We're expanding our St. Petersburg office, almost doubling our space, to make room for more patients, more clinicians, and more ways to care for active people.
Join us now and help shape what the next chapter looks like.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, confident, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team, full-time or part-time. You'll treat active adults and athletes using the Alliance Rx Method, a blend of sports physical therapy, injury prevention, and performance training that helps patients feel fully healed and ready for their most demanding activities.
You'll also get exposure to strength and conditioning, and you won't be confined to the clinic walls: treat at the tennis court, park, or field when it makes sense.
As a Physical Therapist at Alliance, you'll be plugged into a proven yet flexible patient success framework that ensures a world-class experience for both you and the patient. You should enjoy working in a gym setting, alongside strangers and friends alike. You should value networking and partnering with other health professionals and thinking strategically about how we can better serve our community together.
This role is responsible for:
- Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint each patient's needs.
- Customized Care Plans: Design individualized plans of care, from injury rehab through performance and wellness.
- Physician Collaboration: Use in-house imaging and our sports medicine team to build better plans for your patients.
- Sports Performance Programming: Help athletes reach their highest potential.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local gyms, fitness facilities, and health professionals.
- Company Growth: Have a hand in marketing and company projects, and participate in or lead them.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (preferred) and a Physical Therapy license
- Preferred: CSCS, OCS, or SCS certifications
- A genuine passion for working with active adults and athletes
- Listening skills that go beyond hearing, so every plan of care is as unique as the person it's built for
- Positive energy that makes the entire clinic a brighter, more hopeful place
- The ability to translate complex medical language into conversations anyone can understand
- Flexibility and openness to change as our practice continues to grow
Who Should Apply
- New grads and experienced clinicians who want mentorship. We set aside dedicated time every week just to discuss tough cases.
- Someone who wants a small-clinic feel with big-business ideas, where your ideas and contributions are welcome and you can grow with the company.
- Someone who values incorporating strength and conditioning principles into their PT practice.
- Someone who is truly passionate about physical therapy and wants to make a real difference in people's lives.
How to Apply
- Prepare your resume highlighting your qualifications, your commitment to physical therapy, and the energy you're ready to bring to our team.
- Submit your application to [email protected].
- Stay tuned for a follow-up, and we'll walk you through our straightforward, transparent interview process.
Your opportunity to change lives starts here and now. Apply today and step into a role where your passion drives progress and patient success. Let's raise the bar in physical therapy together.
