Job Overview

Advantra Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical for a contract opportunity in Aberdeen, Washington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RN looking to work in an adult Med/Surg setting with consistent night shifts, guaranteed weekly hours, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Shift Details

Shift: Night Shift – 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients.

Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols.

Float to other departments as required by the facility.

Required Qualifications

Active Washington State RN license or an accepted Multi-State Compact RN license.

Current BLS certification.

Current ACLS certification.

Previous adult Medical-Surgical nursing experience.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to float to other departments as needed.
