Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment at Montesano Health in Montesano, Washington.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and physical assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
